About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Coordinator with a background in Information Technology or a related field, to support our sales operations remotely, with a focus on the Saudi market.
You will be responsible for assisting the sales team in organizing meetings, following up with prospects, managing client data via CRM, and ensuring smooth daily sales workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally and persuasively with leads and clients
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and follow-ups
- Update and manage client and opportunity data in the CRM system
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, offers, and documentation
- Assist the sales team in managing daily operational tasks
Required Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (B2B Preferred)
- Proficiency in using CRM tools
- Educational or professional background in Information Technology or a related field
- MS Office Knowledge.
- Ability to stay organized and work independently in a remote setup
