Job Title:

Internal Accountant & Client Services (Odoo Accountant)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute daily accounting operations using the Odoo system.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and prepare financial reports.
• Manage inventory and track assets through the Odoo system.
• Prepare and analyze periodic financial statements and reports.
• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of budget forecasts.
• Provide financial support and consultancy services to existing clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of accounting experience.
• Solid experience with the Odoo system (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of local accounting standards and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.

المهام الوظيفية:

• إدارة وتنفيذ العمليات المحاسبية اليومية باستخدام نظام Odoo.
• متابعة الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة، وإعداد التقارير المالية.
• إدارة المخزون وتتبع الأصول باستخدام نظام Odoo.
• إعداد وتحليل القوائم المالية والتقارير الدورية.
• المشاركة في إعداد ومتابعة التقديرات والموازنات المالية.
• تقديم الدعم المالي والخدمات الاستشارية للعملاء الحاليين.

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المحاسبة.
• خبرة قوية في استخدام نظام Odoo (شرط أساسي).
• معرفة جيدة بالمعايير والإجراءات المحاسبية المحلية.
• إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office، خاصة Excel.

• القدرة على العمل بروح الفريق.
• دقة عالية وانتباه للتفاصيل.
